Dr. Erin is a licensed naturopathic doctor, certified functional medicine practitioner, ACE-certified group fitness and WERQ dance fitness instructor based in Seattle. She’s passionate about helping women build strength, move confidently, and feel unstoppable.

My mission: Powerful women, doing powerful things-inside and out. When women feel powerful beautiful things happen.

Erin’s love for strength training, fun music, and high-energy motivation shines in every class, but she also honors the body’s natural rhythms, encouraging rest and recovery during your cycle when needed.
